Warm Chinese Style Super food Salad. Baby Leaves, Soy Beans, Broccoli, Beetroot and a Choice of “5 Spiced” Pheasant, Duck or Chicken or. Served in a Tortilla Bowl.

All the above can be served with any Seasonal Vegetables and a choice of potatoes…..Dauphinoise, Mash, Roast or New. The Roast beef and all the Game Dishes go really with Red Cabbage, for which I have a really lovely recipe.
